Immediate safety

Email support
Include your device model, operating system version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords, full payment details, or private journal text in support emails.

Bestead subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google Play. To cancel, renew, or request a refund, use your Apple ID or Google Play subscription and purchase history settings.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, export, deletion, or account questions, email support with "Bestead Privacy Request" in the subject line.
Delete your account and dataApp data
Local app data may remain on your device until you delete it, delete your account, or uninstall the app. Synced data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
